The Founder

Ayesha Wilson, Principal Consultant

Ayesha founded the consultancy with a conviction that organisations facing their most complex workplace challenges deserve specialist expertise, genuine independence, and advice built around their specific circumstances.

Her career spans senior-level HR and employment law practice across education, healthcare, government, and professional services. She is CIPD Level 7 qualified, PRINCE2 certified, and currently completing the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations with a view to practising as an employment law solicitor.

Ayesha has conducted hundreds of complex workplace investigations including sexual misconduct allegations, board-level bullying, whistleblowing concerns, safeguarding matters, and discrimination cases spanning all protected characteristics. She is an experienced workplace mediator with a 95% resolution rate. Her strategic HR background includes TUPE transfers, large-scale restructures, organisational change programmes across multi-site organisations, and organisational culture.

Ayesha leads the consultancy’s work personally, ensuring the standards, methodology, and client-first approach that define the firm are maintained across every engagement.

Our Approach

Workplace issues are rarely as simple as they first appear. What presents as a single complaint often reflects something more complex: a management culture that has gone unchallenged, policies that no longer reflect how the organisation actually works, or a pattern of behaviour that has been tolerated because nobody felt confident enough to name it.

We take the time to understand what is really going on. Not just the immediate issue, but the organisational context around it. That means an investigation with us does not just produce findings. It produces recommendations that address the conditions behind the complaint. A policy review does not just confirm legal compliance. It looks at whether your frameworks are actually helping managers make good, consistent decisions. A cultural review goes beyond satisfaction scores to examine the structures, behaviours, and leadership practices that shape how people experience their working lives.

This approach shapes everything we do.

Our Team

Who We Are

We are a boutique consultancy built around a team of specialists.

Our team includes specialist employment lawyers who advise across the full spectrum from initial risk assessment through to Employment Tribunal representation. Experienced workplace investigators who handle complex misconduct, discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing, and safeguarding cases across every sector.

Skilled mediators who help people rebuild working relationships that formal processes alone cannot repair. Organisational development and EDI consultants who work with organisations to assess workplace culture, develop practical equality and inclusion strategies, and support the implementation of meaningful, lasting change. And senior HR professionals with deep operational experience in employee relations, policy development, and complex case management.

Our employment lawyers work with us as part of our specialist panel, bringing independent legal expertise to every engagement that requires it.

What You Can Expect

Tailored to your organisation, every time

Every engagement is shaped around your specific circumstances, your sector, your culture, and the particular challenges you are facing. We do not work from templates or apply the same approach to every client. You will always know who is responsible for your work, and you will always have direct access to the people doing it.

Independence you can trust

Our findings and advice are grounded in evidence and law. That means we sometimes tell clients things they would rather not hear. We do that because it is what protects your position. Our independence is not about keeping a distance from the organisations we work with. It is what makes the relationship genuinely useful.

Joined-up thinking across every service.

When your situation requires expertise across more than one area - an investigation that leads into a cultural review, a policy overhaul that requires manager training, or a restructure that raises employment law questions, you do not need to instruct multiple firms. Our team works across disciplines because that is how workplace issues actually work.

A genuine interest in your outcome.

If an investigation reveals something your organisation needs to know about, we raise it. If a policy review uncovers a gap, we tell you. Our aim is to leave every organisation we work with in a stronger position.
